Refunds

All purchases made through this store are final. Every package is a digital product that is delivered to your in-game account automatically and immediately after payment, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a virtual, non-tangible item that has no real-world monetary value, that delivery is instant, and that you therefore waive any right to a refund.

You also agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal or your card provider for any reason. Filing a chargeback is treated as theft and will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all EvolvedRP servers and services, in addition to any action PayPal may take.

In the rare event that a payment is taken but your perks are not delivered because of a fault on our side, contact a staff member in our Discord and we will put it right — either by delivering the package or, at our sole discretion, issuing a refund. This is the only circumstance in which a refund may be granted.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any package, server, or service at any time and for any reason, without notice or compensation. "Permanent" packages last only for the lifetime of the server they apply to; if a server is discontinued there will be no compensation.
